LIDERAMOS Toledo, a Latino Alliance of Northwest Ohio program, is a unique program
designed to identify and cultivate Latine leadership in our region. As a partner of the national
LIDERAMOS program, we provide a transformative experience based on proven best practices
in Latine leadership development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our comprehensive curriculum covers five core elements, empowering you to become a more
effective and impactful leader:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Self-Development and Awareness: Discover your strengths and unlock your full
potential.
2. Mainstream Leadership: Gain the tools and knowledge to navigate and lead in diverse
environments.
3. Latine History, Culture, and Leadership Practices: Deepen your understanding of our
rich heritage and its influence on leadership.
4. Public Policy, Civic Engagement, and Social Change: Learn how to advocate for your
community and drive positive change.
5. Skill Development: Master essential skills such as networking, team building, and
