At our “Find Your Way Home: Unlock the Door to Homeownership” workshops, you’ll discover everything you need to know about becoming a homeowner. From Home Buying 101 tips to understanding the mortgage process from the lender’s perspective, we’ve got you covered. Plus, learn essential strategies for protecting your investment and maintaining your home for years to come.<\/p>\n

We’re proud to partner with local housing-focused groups like LadderUp Housing, Pathway, Inc., City of Toledo Departments: Public Utilities, Public Services, Transportation, Engage Toledo, and Code Compliance, alongside the Lucas County Land Bank, The Lathrop Company, local banks, and realtors.
